1.吸附阶段:有机废气经过沸石转轮吸附后直接达标排放,沸石分子筛由于孔径的大小能根据废气分子的大小和极性的不同进行选择性的吸附。即使废气成分的浓度很低仍具有较高的吸附能力,且在高温下扔具有很强的吸附能力,这是其他吸附剂不具备的。
1. Adsorption stage: Organic waste gas is directly discharged after being adsorbed by zeolite wheels, and zeolite molecular sieves can selectively adsorb according to the size and polarity of waste gas molecules due to their pore size. Even if the concentration of exhaust gas components is very low, it still has high adsorption capacity, and it has strong adsorption capacity at high temperatures, which other adsorbents do not have.
2.脱附阶段:沸石转轮始终保持非常缓慢的旋转,在废气处理区吸附饱和,在再生区把吸附在沸石里的有机废气通过热空气吹扫下脱附出来。热空气的温度根据废气的成分而设定,沸石吸附大的特点就是沸石不可燃,脱附时可保持较高的脱附温度因而可适用于很多沸点较高的废气成分,这一点是活性炭吸附+催化燃烧所达不到的。
2. Desorption stage: The zeolite wheel always rotates very slowly, saturating the adsorption in the waste gas treatment area, and desorbing the organic waste gas adsorbed in the zeolite through hot air blowing in the regeneration area. The temperature of the hot air is set according to the composition of the exhaust gas. The characteristic of zeolite adsorption is that it is not flammable and can maintain a high desorption temperature during desorption, making it suitable for many components of exhaust gas with high boiling points. This is something that activated carbon adsorption+catalytic combustion cannot achieve.
3.RTO燃烧阶段:沸石转轮实际上是个浓缩装置,把低浓度大风量废气里的废气分子捕捉、富集到沸石上面。当脱附时就能用很小的热风从沸石中把废气分子吹扫出来。这时脱附出来的高浓度小风量的废气就可直接进入RTO蓄热式焚烧炉进行高温焚烧。由于出来的废气浓度较高风量较小,因此使用很小风量的RTO设备,使用很低的辅助燃料就可以让废气得到较好的净化效果。
3. RTO combustion stage: The zeolite wheel is actually a concentration device that captures and enriches exhaust gas molecules from low concentration and high airflow exhaust gas onto the zeolite. When desorbed, a small amount of hot air can be used to blow out the exhaust gas molecules from the zeolite. At this point, the high concentration and small airflow of the desorbed waste gas can directly enter the RTO thermal storage incinerator for high-temperature incineration. Due to the high concentration of exhaust gas and low air volume, using RTO equipment with very low air volume and using very low auxiliary fuel can achieve good purification effects on the exhaust gas.
4.沸石转轮恢复阶段:沸石转轮脱附区经高温再生后会使得沸石温度很高,使吸附效果变差。因而要对经过高温吹扫过的沸石区域用补冷风机进行降温,降温后的沸石又具有吸附废气的能力,周而复始循环往复吸附废气。
4. Zeolite wheel recovery stage: After high-temperature regeneration in the zeolite wheel desorption zone, the temperature of the zeolite will be very high, resulting in a decrease in adsorption efficiency. Therefore, it is necessary to use a supplementary cooling fan to cool the zeolite area that has been blown by high temperature. The cooled zeolite also has the ability to adsorb waste gas, and it will cycle back and forth to adsorb waste gas.
