沸石转轮+RTO是如何循环运行?

沸石转轮利用“吸附-脱附-冷却”三个分区循环运行模式,大风量的吸附风机把车间内的VOCs经过过滤箱过滤掉大颗粒物质,而后经过沸石转轮吸附,通过沸石转轮的气体可直接排放;

吸附有大量VOCs的沸石转轮进入高温脱附区时,小风量的热空气气体(温度约220°C)将沸石转轮上的VOCs分子脱附出来转换成高浓度废气,浓缩倍数一般为5~30倍;吸附完成之后利用脱附风机送入后端的CO系统或RTO系统进行燃烧处理,氧化产生的高温气体经过换热后作为再生空气使用,达到效果。

沸石转筒工作原理:
