沸石可捕捉到浓度非常低VOCs分子,通过风机的作用,将经过预处理的有机废气通过沸石转轮的吸附区,有机物分子被沸石转轮*的吸附孔捕捉,吸附达标的气体直接排入烟囱;

三、脱附系统
3、 Desorption system
经一段时间吸附后,沸石转轮吸附区会吸附饱和,此时,用小股热(200~230℃)吹扫沸石转轮的脱附区,将有机物从沸石中脱附出来后通过风机送入焚烧炉,使沸石再生,如此循环;

四、燃烧系统

从沸石分子筛中脱附出的VOCs气体,通过风机送入rto燃烧系统进行氧化燃烧,把有机废气*氧化成水和二氧化碳。
The VOCs gas desorbed from the zeolite molecular sieve is sent to the RTO combustion system through a fan for oxidation and combustion, oxidizing the organic waste gas into water and carbon dioxide.
五、沸石转轮冷却系统
5、 Zeolite rotary cooling system
由于沸石经过热风吹扫脱附后,温度变高从而无法吸附有机物,此时需要对沸石进行冷却降温,使其降到常温,保证其吸附效率。

工艺原理:
Process principle:
吸附浓缩:含有VOCs的废气由主工艺风机吸入前处理过滤器,由前处理过滤器滤除杂质后的废气进入沸石转轮[CR],被沸石转轮吸附处理后的气体达标排入大气中。

脱附燃烧:利用RTO燃烧炉产生的热量进行热脱附工艺,清洁空气由脱附风机进入,经换热器进入沸石转轮,热空气将沸石加热,吸附在沸石中的VOCs被脱附出来进入RTO燃烧炉,从燃烧炉中排出的高温达标气体通过换热器实现废热利用,终排放大气中。
