预处理:车间产生的大风量,低浓度的有机废气,由管道进入经过干式过滤和其他配套前处理设备,去除大部分颗粒物。

吸附浓缩原理

VOCs废气通过疏水性沸石浓缩转轮后,能有效被吸附于沸石中,达到去除的目的。经过沸石吸附的挥发性有机物的洁净气体,直接通过烟囱排放到大气中,转轮持续以每小时1-10转的速度旋转,同时将吸附的挥发性有机物传送脱附区。于脱附区中利用一小股加热气体将挥发性有机物进行脱附,脱附后的沸石转轮旋转吸附区,持续吸附挥发性有机气体。脱附后的浓缩有机废气送RCO焚化炉进行燃烧转化成二氧化碳及水蒸气排放大气中。
After passing through the hydrophobic zeolite concentration wheel, VOCs waste gas can be effectively adsorbed in the zeolite to achieve the purpose of removal. The clean gas of volatile organic compounds adsorbed by zeolite is directly discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney, and the impeller continuously rotates at a speed of 1-10 revolutions per hour, while transferring the adsorbed volatile organic compounds to the desorption zone. In the desorption zone, a small amount of heated gas is used to desorb volatile organic compounds. The desorbed zeolite wheel rotates to the adsorption zone to continuously adsorb volatile organic gases. The concentrated organic waste gas after desorption is sent to the RCO incinerator for combustion and conversion into carbon dioxide and water vapor, which are discharged into the atmosphere.
含有低浓度VOCs的废气通过蜂窝状沸石时,VOCs成分被吸附在沸石中,净化后的气体排放到大气中,或排放室内进行循环处理,通过循环处理,回收热能。此时,已吸附VOCs的蜂窝沸石连续旋转,利用少量的加热空气在解吸附模块进行解吸附再生,在此过程中,能够从低浓度的废气中得到高浓缩气体。
When waste gas containing low concentrations of VOCs passes through honeycomb zeolite, the VOCs components are adsorbed in the zeolite, and the purified gas is discharged into the atmosphere or indoors for recycling treatment. Through recycling treatment, heat energy is recovered. At this point, the honeycomb zeolite with adsorbed VOCs continuously rotates, and a small amount of heated air is used in the desorption module for desorption regeneration. During this process, high concentration gas can be obtained from low concentration exhaust gas.
天然沸石制成的蜂窝沸石,沸石含有率很高,经特殊工艺加工而成,使得沸石的吸附浓缩性能更加,特别是芳香族类有机物,吸附能力更强,并且在处理相对湿度较高的废气有明显优势,不会出现水分吸收量急剧增加情况。
