催化燃烧设备是借助催化作用，将生产出来的不好处理的VOCs做严格处理，以处理之后的气体达标，不污染环境为主。为保障设备的使用寿命及良好的运行状态，需要进行日常检查及定期加强对设备的维护与保养：

To ensure the service life and good operating condition of the equipment, it is necessary to conduct daily inspections and regularly strengthen the maintenance and upkeep of the equipment:

1、用户应定期检查、保养设备

2、定期清理粉尘一次，打开设备电源箱对高压模块表面清洁粉尘，然后安装复原；

2. Regularly clean the dust, open the power box of the equipment, clean the surface of the high-voltage module with dust, and then install and restore it;

2、在进行维护保养时，严禁带电操作；设备检修前需要断电检修，并在电控柜前挂警示牌“维修中请勿送电”。

4、要传输的过程顺利。进入催化燃烧设备的管段应该光滑，并且要有一段直管，废气进入设备的时候能够形成稳定的恒流，使用的传输管道是用金属软管连接，以产生小的震动效果。

When the exhaust gas enters the equipment, it can form a stable constant flow. The transmission pipeline used is connected with a metal hose to generate small vibration effects.

5、要留出设备的检修以及维护空间。设备应该在顶部装设防雨措施，设备长时间的运转肯定会有损坏，如果不留出检修的空间，到时候得把设备全部拆开，而这个工作量还是比较大的。

If there is no maintenance space left, the equipment will have to be completely dismantled, and this workload is still relatively large.

6、应该在风机的前段装设风量控制装置，想让催化燃烧设备的处理优势发挥大，进入设备的风量应该是稳定的，而且风量要平稳过渡，如果风量时大时小，不仅废气处理效果不佳，而且对除臭设备也会造成的影响。
