(1) 适用范围

①沸石分子筛转轮浓缩装置一般适用于风量范围在5000-200000m3/h(单台),VOCs浓度<1500mg/m3的废气的治理,并确保转轮吸附后废气达标排放。
① The zeolite molecular sieve rotary concentration device is generally suitable for the treatment of waste gas with an air volume range of 5000-20000m3/h (single unit) and a VOCs concentration of<1500mg/m3, and ensures that the waste gas meets the emission standards after adsorption by the rotary wheel.
②进入沸石分子筛转轮浓缩装置的废气温度宜<45℃。
② The exhaust gas temperature entering the zeolite molecular sieve rotary concentration device should be less than 45 ℃.
③进入沸石分子筛转轮浓缩装置的废气相对湿度<85%。
③ The relative humidity of the exhaust gas entering the zeolite molecular sieve rotary concentration device is less than 85%.
④进入沸石分子筛转轮浓缩装置的废气中不宜含有粉尘、油烟类物质、高沸点类物质、易发生聚合反应的物质、使分子筛性能退化的酸碱腐蚀性物质等。

①浓缩装置的沸石分子筛宜采用对挥发性有机物有选择性吸收的疏水性分子筛,动态吸水率宜<10%。
① The zeolite molecular sieve of the concentration device should be hydrophobic molecular sieve with selective absorption of volatile organic compounds, and the dynamic water absorption rate should be less than 10%.
②沸石分子筛转轮吸附区表观流速宜<4.5m/s。
② The apparent flow rate in the adsorption zone of the zeolite molecular sieve impeller should be less than 4.5m/s.
③沸石分子筛转轮之前废气少要达到F7级过滤,保障进入沸石分子筛转轮的废气中颗粒物含量<1mg/m3。
③ Before the zeolite molecular sieve wheel, the exhaust gas must reach at least F7 level filtration to ensure that the particle content in the exhaust gas entering the zeolite molecular sieve wheel is less than 1mg/m3.
④正常工况下,沸石分子筛转轮浓缩装置净化效率≥90%(浓度越低,净化效率越难保障)。

①催化剂使用铂钯贵金属,要求负载量350-850g/m3,空速范围 16000h-1-25000h-1,处理浓度范围≤6g,催化床温度≥300℃,催化剂处理效率≥90%。
① The catalyst uses platinum palladium precious metal, with a required loading capacity of 350-850g/m3, a space velocity range of 16000h-1-25000h-1, a processing concentration range of ≤ 6g, a catalytic bed temperature of ≥ 300 ℃, and a catalyst processing efficiency of ≥ 90%.
②沸石分子筛转轮吸附浓缩催化燃烧系统具有独立的PLC控制系统,运行过程中,应具有数据纪录保存功能,纪录时间间隔≤1min,保存时间不低于1年。
② The zeolite molecular sieve rotary adsorption concentration catalytic combustion system has an independent PLC control system. During operation, it should have a data recording and storage function, with a recording interval of ≤ 1 minute and a storage time of no less than 1 year.
纪录参数包括但不限于以下内容:主风机频率、脱附风机频率、废气温湿度、冷却出口温度、脱附进出口温度、吸附区压差、脱附区压差、过滤装置压差、催化剂前后温度、换热器前后温度。
The recorded parameters include but are not limited to the following: main fan frequency, desorption fan frequency, exhaust gas temperature and humidity, cooling outlet temperature, desorption inlet and outlet temperature, adsorption zone pressure difference, desorption zone pressure difference, filtration device pressure difference, temperature before and after catalyst, and temperature before and after heat exchanger.
(4) 要求
(4) Safety requirements
①沸石分子筛转轮浓缩装置脱附温度宜在180-220℃,高温脱附模式沸石分子筛转轮脱附温度不应超过 300℃。
① The desorption temperature of the zeolite molecular sieve rotary concentration device should be between 180-220 ℃. In the high-temperature desorption mode, the maximum desorption temperature of the zeolite molecular sieve rotary should not exceed 300 ℃.
②沸石分子筛转轮浓缩后气体的浓度不得超过爆炸下限的25%。
② The concentration of gas after concentration by the zeolite molecular sieve rotary wheel shall not exceed 25% of the lower explosive limit.
③浓缩装置安装区域内应按规定设置消防设施。
③ Fire protection facilities should be installed in the installation area of the concentration device according to regulations.
④沸石分子俯转轮的沸石分子筛应具有耐高温及不燃特性。
④ Zeolite molecular sieves with downward rotating wheels should have high temperature resistance and non combustible properties.
⑤沸石分子筛转轮的沸石分子筛在使用过程中不应脱落,从而影响处理效率。
⑤ The zeolite molecular sieve of the zeolite molecular sieve wheel should not fall off during use, thereby affecting the treatment efficiency.
(5) 运行管理

①沸石分子筛转轮浓缩装置设施台账应纪录:沸石分子筛转轮巡检时间(一周少巡检一次),过滤材料更换时间,密封材料更换时间,催化剂更换时间,沸石分子筛转轮更换时间以及其他维修记录。
① The facility ledger of the zeolite molecular sieve rotary concentration device should record: the inspection time of the zeolite molecular sieve rotary wheel (at least once a week), the replacement time of filter materials, sealing materials, catalysts, zeolite molecular sieve rotary wheel, and other maintenance records.
②三方检测报告中应包含催化燃烧设备进出口浓度和净化效率。
② The third-party testing report should include the inlet and outlet concentration and purification efficiency of catalytic combustion equipment.
